Getting in touch and what happens next
We are based in Crawley Down, West Sussex (RH10) and work across West Sussex, East Sussex and Surrey. The quickest way to reach us is a phone call or WhatsApp message; the form on this page goes straight to our inbox and is usually answered the same working day.
What to tell us when you call
The more we know up front, the more accurate the advice. Useful details are: your postcode, roughly when the problem started, whether water is visible on the surface, whether your stop tap turns off cleanly, and what the surface is between the boundary and the house — lawn, gravel, block paving, tarmac or concrete. If you have taken a photograph of the wet area or the internal stop tap, send it over on WhatsApp.
If you suspect a supply pipe leak, one simple test helps enormously: turn off the internal stop tap, then check whether the water meter is still ticking over. If it is, the loss is on the buried section between the meter and the house.
Our working hours
We are available Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm, and Saturday 9am to 4pm. We are closed on Sundays. We do not operate a 24-hour emergency call-out service. If water is escaping and you cannot stop it, turn off your internal stop tap and, if that does not work, contact your water supplier's emergency line — then call us to book the repair.
Areas we cover
Regular working areas include East Grinstead, Forest Row, Crawley, Three Bridges, Haywards Heath, Burgess Hill, Lingfield, Dormansland, Horley, Redhill, Reigate, Dorking, Oxted and Caterham, along with the villages between them. If you are slightly outside that, it is still worth asking — there is no charge for a quote and we will tell you honestly if you would be better served by someone closer.
